ACIVS 2026 Registration
The regular in-person attendance registration for ACIVS26 includes:
- Workshops and conference presentations (Monday-Thursday 14-17 December 2026)
- Access to the conference sessions (online/in-person)
- Access to a digital copy of the proceedings
- Morning and afternoon tea breaks and lunches
- Participation in the conference cocktail party (Tuesday)
- The conference dinner (Wednesday)
Online registration includes access to online conference sessions and the digital proceedings. Catering and social events are available only to in-person attendees.
Activities not included in the registration fees:
On Friday 18 December, a full day Okinawa island bus tour including historical sites (castle), tourist sites (beach, aquarium), and lunch (a detailed programme will be provided closer to the conference time and is subject to availability). Places are limited and will be confirmed after payment. If the activity is cancelled by the organisers, the activity fee will be refunded, minus credit-card processing fees.
